Progress Over Perfection

Life is full of surprises and I have thoroughly enjoyed having a front row seat for the adventure.

I’m not saying I have been happy with every life event that has transpired.

I AM saying I love being a co-creator of my life.

I have committed to sharing something meaningful each month. Obviously, I could start a little earlier in the month with my post, but being in integrity is what matters most. So, here I am!

Let me share a little more about the picture above…

The picture on the left is what it looks like to know information but not always apply what you know.

The one in the middle was taken after I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and applied a lot of the knowledge I had learned. Joe and I had just completed the Whole 30 program and were practicing Intermittent Fasting.

Back to the one on the right… I am 54 years old and Joe is 60. We look and feel years younger because we practice what we teach.
